Architectural Millwork Project Managers

At TJ Hale, Architectural Millwork Project Managers are responsible for all aspects of the project from the time the project is awarded through completion.  This includes coordination with internal and external resources to ensure timely engineering, materials deliveries, production and assemblies through installation and final project completion.  In many cases, our Architectural Millwork Project Managers have close relationships with general contractors and our clients.

Architectural Millwork Project Managers direct other team members through effective communications with regard to plans, timelines, budgets, documentation, resources, quality standards, and total project execution for their assigned projects.  Using the company ERP system and other tools, Architectural Millwork Project Managers monitor and report on project progress, project costs and manage changes as necessary to meet project goals.

Successful Architectural Millwork Project Managers possess knowledge of the industry and construction specifications, excellent communication skills, exhibit problem-solving and leadership skills and have the ability to utilize project management tools effectively.

VP of Business Development

TJ Hale is an industry leader in design build environments across multiple industries.  The VP of Business Development will lead strategic direction and execution of business growth initiatives primarily within the custom fixtures market.  Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, and driving expansion and revenue growth.

Our portfolio includes business interiors, hospitality, retail interiors, architectural millwork, restaurants, senior living, fast-casual and medical and educational institutions.

Candidates will have significant experience in the custom fixture industry identifying target markets and potential clients that fit our Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and Sourcing capabilities.  Lead marketing efforts to expand the company's presence in existing markets and penetrate new markets.  Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.

Effective communication of customer expectations to internal teams to handoff client/project related relationship including pricing, schedules, quality and other project related details.

Travel will be required as needed.

Cabinetmakers/Assemblers

Many of our team members love to be hands-on with their work. Our cabinetmakers and assemblers provide a variety of tasks to manufacture custom products according to our engineered drawings. We welcome anyone who prefers this type of work.

We have openings for highly skilled cabinetmakers to others who are interested in learning these skills. Our mentors are happy to teach new team members how to safely and efficiently build custom environments.
